PACKAGING SOLUTIONS FOR BOTTLES, GLASSES and CANISTERS

We have developed many different solutions for packing bottles in cardboard cases.

The following solutions can be considered depending on the type of bottle, output and packing pattern:

  • without pre-grouping with single and multiple pick-up device (pick & place)
  • with pre-grouping in top-loading
  • with pre-grouping in side-loading

We can pick up the products directly in the flow without stopping thanks to the use of state-of-the-art robot technology (conveyor tracking). In order to prevent the bottles from colliding, the bottles can be arranged on the grouping conveyor belt on a contact-free basis with the help of a Unipicker robot and the entire group can then be placed in the case with the help of a top-loading robot.

SAMPLE APPLICATIONS:

SAMPLE 1

Pharmaceutical packaging system for plastic bottles (Ecoflac) in wrap-around cases. The output is 200 bottles per minute and 20 cases per minute. In addition, operating instructions are also placed in the cases by a robot. The entire line has track & trace.

SAMPLE 2.1

Pharmaceutical packaging system for glass bottles in folding cases. The line packs up to 250 bottles per hour. The plant is highly flexible for bottle sizes from 0.25 to 1 l and has automatic format changeover and tool change functions.

SAMPLE 2.2

For product protection styrene or cardboard inlays are placed in the carton first and on top of the case after the bottles have been inserted.

SAMPLE 3.1

Ultra-compact high-performance packaging line for glass bottles (roll-on antiperspirant) in wrap-around cases or tray+lid cases with a packaging output of up to 450 products per minute and 75 cases per minute. The machine has a triple carton erector, 3 packing robots and a triple lid/closing module.

SAMPLE 3.2

As an additional option, this machine has a label alignment station as well as a fully automatic tool change facility. The compact dimensions of the machine are 5 x 3 metres.

SAMPLE 4

Packaging system for plastic bottles in wrap-around cartons based on the Unipicker technology. This solution offers great advantages wherever there is a high product diversity and frequent format changes and short times are required.

SAMPLE 5

Packaging of plastic bottles in cases with a Robot-Flexline solution. The robot also erects the case and places the bottles in the case using the top-loading process without a funnel tool.

SAMPLE 6.1

Pharmaceutical packaging line for plastic canisters. Initially, empty canisters in clean packs are depalletised in a fully automatic manner. Afterwards, the depalletising robot slices open the film which is then pulled off and shredded pneumatically.

SAMPLE 6.2

The canisters are then introduced into the filling machine. Afterwards, they are packed in wrap-around cartons with final palletising of finished products.
