Up to 50 cases per minute and high process reliability – the V-250 DUPLEX High-Speed Case Packer for high-performance top-loading processes in American cases

In case erecting, the 6-axis robot technology permits new advantages:

• The highest-possible level of process security: Unlike the situation in conventional systems, the case is not "ripped" from the magazine but separated reliably with a rotating helical movement.
• Ergonomics and fast format changeover: Optimum magazine height for loading and no format height adjustment required on the magazine
• Precision: Forced 90° raising of the case through a quarter circle movement of the robot with the width of the case as the opening radius
• Low maintenance: Almost no mechanical components
• Low space requirement

The servo toothed belt transporter ensures safe and precise case transporting in the packaging process. Each case is clamped on all 4 corners with 4 transporters and, thanks to this form fit, it is taken through the 5 stations of the machine with a precise position. Format ranges from 180 x 85 x 110 mm (L x W x H) to, at a maximum, 600 x 500 x 400 mm (L x W x H) have already been implemented.

The 6-axis robot technology ensures the highest possible dynamics, format flexibility and machine availability for top performance also in product pre-grouping and depositing in the case. For example, 350 bottles per minute have already been achieved.

Fully automatic product changeover, including robot tool change, for the shortest possible changeover time can be implemented very cost-effectively on this technology platform.

The cases are closed with hot glue or adhesive tape.
