The benchmark for compactness and flexibility – The ROBOT-FLEXLINE-CONCEPT of transnova-RUF
Robots have an enormous potential for the realization of flexible automation solutions! transnova-RUF has been committed to this technology for more than 20 years, and is now one of the leading manufacturers of robot-based solutions for end-of-line packaging & palletizing with more than 150 integrated units per year.
At the Interpack, transnova-RUF will show the current development status of the ROBOT-FLEXLINE-CONCEPT. The unique mobility allows the robot to perform several tasks on the basis of a smart multi-function tool. In this way, the robot can adopt the cardboard erection and subsequent filling in a very compact system design and also operate an automatic tool change and format change. The ROBOT-FLEXLINE-CONCEPT from transnova-RUF enables best-in-class solutions in terms of flexibility and space requirements.
Furthermore, transnova-RUF shows the highly modularized ROBOT PALLETIZER SYSTEMS, which have been built over 300 times. With compact combination tools even cartons, bags, buckets, empty pallets and slip sheets can be manipulated at the same time. A software tool called SIMPLO© enables the operator to program new palletizing schemes within one minute without any programming knowledge. This concept is suitable for low-cost single-place systems and central palletizing systems with up to 30 palletizing stations and more.
The transnova-RUF GmbH from Ansbach / Bavaria develops and builds packaging and palletizing machines for a wide range of applications with around 260 employees. On the basis of a modular concept customized solutions for picking, packing (side and top loading) as well as palletizing processes are realized (design-to-order). With this unique approach, transnova-RUF is one of the leading manufacturers of end-of-line packaging. This is in many cases documented by references in the food, pharmaceutical, personal care and non-food industries.
