The focus is on optimising processes in order to improve performance within the company and meet customer requirements in the best possible way.

Companies only receive certification if they can prove that they have certain processes and documentation in place in their daily operations. We have now had Quacert confirm that we meet the requirements of the standard and have been awarded certification following an audit.
