BAG SOLUTIONS

We have developed a variety of solutions for different bag types (such as those listed below) for packaging of bags in cartons:

  • Flat bags
  • Flat bags
  • Stand-up pouches
  • Doypacks
  • Contour pouches
  • Multi-chamber bags

Depending on the packing pattern and the output, the following solutions can be considered:

  • without pre-grouping with single pick-up device (single pick & single place)
  • without pre-grouping with multiple pick-up devices (multi-pick & single place)
  • with pre-grouping in top-loading
  • with pre-grouping in side-loading

SAMPLE 1

Packing of flat bags using the Unipicker technology and product detection using a vision system. No product guides, fast format changeover, high process reliability.

BEISPIEL 2

Packing of 3-litre multi-chamber bags: The product which is very difficult to handle is packed safely using a robot top-loading solution.

Packing of stand-up pouches: Very economical solution via pre-grouping in a pocket-type conveyor and packing via a side-loading solution

Packing of Doypack bags in folding cases. Every second layer has to be turned horizontally by 180° to achieve a maximum packing volume
