FOLDING CASE SOLUTIONS

We have developed a wide range of solutions for packing of folding cases in cartons.

Depending on the packing pattern and output, the following solutions can be considered:

  • without pre-grouping with single pick-up device (single pick & single place)
  • without pre-grouping with multiple pick-up device (multi-pick & single place)
  • with pre-grouping in top-loading
  • with pre-grouping in side-loading

SAMPLE 1

Packing of folding cartons in folding cases/American cases: In the case of a lower case output, the packing robot can be used as a case erector in addition.

SAMPLE 2

Flexible packaging of folding cases in shelf-ready cartons. As a result of the combination of grouping robots and packing robots, the alignment of the product within the shelf-ready carton can be changed randomly.

SAMPLE 3

The economical solution: Pre-grouping of the folding cartons in stack pre-grouping and packaging by a Unipacker using the side-loading principle.

SAMPLE 4

Inserting of folding cases in trays using a Unipicker. This permits a very flexible adjustment of the product alignment within the case at minimal format changeover times.
