TUBE SOLUTIONS

The six-axis robot technology of our top-loading solution is particularly suitable for packing tubes in cartons.

Due to the extensive degree of movement and flexibility of the robot grippers, tubes with complex contours can be implemented in narrow packaging cavities (such as the holes in a perforated tray or narrow compartments) with high process reliability.

High tube outputs are easily handled through pre-grouping in a one- or multi-line cycle chain ready for multiple intakes by the robot.

The robot gripper tools work with vacuum cups and liners for gentle product packaging - safeguarding process reliability. In this context, a fully automatic robot tool change can be implemented very easily and cost-effectively thanks to the 6-axis robot technology.
